Ordering & Delivery

Payment Terms

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement
• Cancellations made after food preparation has begun may not be eligible for refund
• Contact us immediately via phone or our app to request cancellation

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory orders may be eligible for refund or replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and current information
• Not sharing your account with others

Dine-in & Reservations

For dine-in services:

• Reservations are recommended, especially for groups
• Tables are held for 15 minutes past reservation time
• No-smoking policy applies to the entire premises
• Proper attire and respectful behavior are expected
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us when ordering. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or other medical conditions resulting from consumption of our products.
