Payment Terms

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement
• Cancellations after food preparation may not be eligible for refund
• Contact us immediately to request cancellation

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for issues with your order.

Account Responsibilities

Dine-in & Reservations

• Reservations are recommended, especially for groups
• Tables are held for 15 minutes past reservation time
• A no-smoking policy applies to the premises
• We reserve the right to refuse service
